We are still offering Telemedicine services as a valuable resource for you, our CCG patient, to monitor your health through online visits. This way, you stay safe at home, and we can follow you up with your prescribed treatments and medications.
How does it work?
An appointment can be requested by phone at (954) 255-7310 or through this website.
A staff member will contact you 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment to get all the information about your visit loaded into the provider’s documents and progress notes.
Which app do we use?
The platform through which the telemedicine encounter will take place can vary between FaceTime, zoom meetings, or other available media.
How long does a telemedicine appointment take?
Typically a telemedicine encounter will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. It is a face-to-face encounter with a licensed provider.
What can the provider do at this kind of appointment?
Through a telemedicine appointment, the provider can diagnose and treat various medical conditions. While connected with the patient, all medication, labs, imaging, and referrals can be generated and sent.
